Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. You may request to cancel your order as long as it has not been shipped.
1. Cancellation Guidelines
- Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order has been dispatched, whichever comes first.
- Email your cancellation request to mikazoandco@gmail.com and include your order number.
2. Orders That Have Already Shipped
- Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
- You may refuse delivery when the order arrives. Any applicable refund will be processed only after the item has been returned and inspected, subject to the applicable return and refund terms.
3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
- Repeated refusal of COD deliveries may result in restrictions on the customer's ability to place future orders.
