    1. How do I place an order?

    Click on the SHOP menu at the top of our website. Select your preferred watch or strap to visit the product page. Choose the variant you like and click “Add to Cart.” You’ll then be redirected to the checkout page to complete your order.

    2. How can I track my order?

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and tracking instructions.

    3. What is your return and refund policy?

    We accept refund requests only under the following conditions:

    • The product received is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect.

    • You must notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing mikazoandco@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue.

    • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories and manuals.

    Once verified, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

    Please note:
    Refunds are not provided for buyer’s remorse, minor packaging issues, or if the return window has expired.

    4. What payment methods do you accept?

    You can pay using credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover).
    We also accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within India.
    Prepaid orders receive an additional 5% discount.

    5. How do I clean my Mikazo watch?

    Use a soft-bristled brush and running water to clean your watch. Ensure the crown is securely pushed in before washing to avoid water damage.

    6. What does the warranty cover?

    Mikazo offers:

    • 2-year warranty on watch movement

    • 1-year warranty on battery

    Covers:

    • Manufacturing defects

    • Malfunctioning parts under normal use

    Does NOT cover:

    • Physical or water damage

    • Damage from misuse, unauthorized repairs, or disassembly
