Order Cancellations Policy

We understand that plans can change. You can cancel your order if it hasn’t been shipped yet.

Cancellation Guidelines:

• Cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order or before it has been dispatched.
  
• Email your cancellation request to mikazoandco@gmail.com with your order number.
  

Shipped Orders:

• If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel it.
  
• You may refuse delivery upon arrival, but the refund will only be issued after the item is returned and inspected.
  

COD Orders:

• COD orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
  
• Repeated refusal of COD orders may result in restrictions on future orders.
