At Mikazo, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, we’re here to help.

Conditions for Refunds:

  • Refunds are only applicable for items that are defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect.
  • You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the product by emailing mikazoandco@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos/videos showing the issue.
  • The product must be unused, in its original condition and packaging, with all accessories and manuals included.

Refund Process:

  • Once we inspect and verify the issue, we will initiate the refund.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.

Please note: We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, minor packaging issues, or if the return window has passed
